Oslo Court RTM (Right to Manage) Company Limited was formed by the leaseholders in March 2026. Our aims are to ensure that this remarkable Grade II listed building is well maintained and protected for the future, and to foster our community of leaseholders, residents and concierges and all who enjoy and contribute to the building
The Company
All leaseholders of Oslo Court are welcome to join the company and to have their say about the building and about the company.
Our aim is to ensure that this Grade II listed architectural gem is well maintained, not only cosmetically but also technically maintaining the infrastructure for the future.
We also want to support our concierges, gardeners and everyone else who lives and works in the building, to foster a secure and thriving community. We welcome all your help and support in any way, to ensure that the building is cared for and well maintained.

Reinstatement of Heating System
Until this date, residents are encouraged to arrange any necessary radiator repairs or maintenance. Please also ensure that any required pipework repairs or alterations are completed before the system is refilled, as carrying out such works afterwards may require the system to be drained again. If you require any assistance or access arrangements, please contact Shariff, our Building Manager, who will be happy to assist.
